Experience the “Island Way of Life” beginning with the 65 min ferry ride, along the San Juan Island Scenic Byway, from Anacortes to Friday Harbor. Upon arrival, your San Juan Island Day Tour guide extraordinaire will drive you around the island visiting its iconic destinations to take in their sights, sounds and smells:

  • San Juan Island’s 20-acre Sculpture Garden
  • Roche Harbor Seaside Village and Marina harboring its historic Hotel De Haro and quaint seaside village
  • Lime Kiln Point State Park and Lighthouse
  • Pelindaba Lavender & Alpaca Farms (optional)

Along the way, your knowledgeable guide will discuss the natural history, geology, flora and fauna (especially Orcas and other marine mammals), ways of life and the importance of one animal in the history of the San Juan islands.

Upon returning to Friday Harbor, visit the Orca Museum, galleries, boutiques and enjoy lunch at one of the many outstanding restaurants.

Want to venture up to the highest point on the San Juan Islands?  We’ll hop on the ferry to Orcas Island, continuing our journey along the San Juan Islands Scenic Byway, up to Mount Constitution at 2410 ft.  From there, you’ll admire stunning views of: the San Juan Islands & Salish Sea; Mount Baker, the North Cascades & Olympic Mountains; Vancouver Island & the Coast Mountains; and, Mount Rainier! “Stephanie was the best guide ever! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. I do not think we could have asked for more in a guide or had a better day. We will definitely be coming back for more adventures!” Scott, Georgia
