Mount Baker Fall Guided Hiking

Fall has begun in the North Cascades!  Shorter days and cooler air have signaled the sub-alpine and alpine meadows to begin their fall parade of colors.  This spectacle lasts about a month only, so join us soon on our Mount Baker Fall Guided Hiking and Photo Tours.

A variety of trails accommodate all hiking levels, from one mile to seven miles and from 200 ft to 1600 ft gain.  Late blooming wildflowers will color your spirit. Have you ever tasted wild mountain blueberries?  They are the best on the planet!  Come pick’em and taste’em yourself!

Be prepared for stunning views of colorful mountain sides, mountain peaks and glaciers!  View Mount Baker and Mount Shuksan at eye level.  Visit Picture Lake reflecting the majesty of Mount Shuksan.

From Seattle or Vancouver, hop on the Amtrak Cascades to the Mount Vernon station pick-up.  Enjoy a comfortable and scenic ride along the edge of the Salish Sea.
