Skagit Valley is nestled between the San Juan Islands and the North Cascades.  It once was the expansive and fertile Skagit River Delta.  Ninety different crops are now grown here, including our world famous tulips and daffodils!

Our healthy Skagit River, protected bays, estuarine reserves and productive farmlands promote incredible birding opportunities that attract birders from around the world!
